Dispatch times

All Flo Foxworthy garments are made at Foxworthy HQ, and we don't keep stock in all styles. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for manufacture of ready-to-wear styles before your items are shipped.  Custom-made items may take longer, and dispatch times will be discussed in your Custom Order Agreement.

Products made by third parties and kept in stock by Flo Foxworthy will be ready to ship within 24 hours.

Why are our shipping rates so high?Where is New Zealand?

Flo Foxworthy is based in Wellington, New Zealand - a small pair of islands located 1,500 kilometres (900 mi) southeast of Australia.  While New Zealand is a gorgeous place to live, it unfortunately means that nearly all costume materials must be imported and shipping to the rest of the world can be a little pricey.

We use NZ Post for the majority of our shipping, and they have proven to be the most affordable shipping option.  We can send parcels by DHL or FedEx by request, but the cost of these services is around 400% the cost of NZ Post.

For example: A small parcel containing 3 items of clothing in a light-weight gift box will cost approx NZ$190 to send to the United Kingdom or the United States by FedEx.

Rush orders

If you require your order urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to have your order made and delivered to you worldwide within your specified timeframe.  

Rush orders will incur a 50% rush fee, to cover the costs of producing your order ahead of schedule.  This fee is 50% of the value of your order (excluding shipping charges) and is payable before the order is shipped.  We will confirm this fee with you before work commences on your rush order.

Rush orders may incur an additional shipping charge for premium express, we will contact you to confirm all costs before we proceed with your rush order.

Packaging

All orders over NZ$50 value are packed in our signature gift boxes and shipped in discreet, secure packaging.  

Orders under NZ$50 in value are gift wrapped and shipped in discreet, secure packaging.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

If the item you have ordered is the wrong size or colour, please contact us and we'll exchange it for another item of the same value.  

You are responsible for all return shipping costs in the event of exchange due to the customer choosing the wrong size ( we will be responsible for any return shipping costs due to faulty goods or error on our part).

Items must be returned to us in brand-new, unworn condition with tags still attached - If you are unsure about the fit of your items, please try them on over a pair of clean underwear first.  

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can not accept returns on garments which have been worn except in the case of a faulty product.

If the quality of your item is not satisfactory, please contact us and we will arrange to send a replacement or give you a refund.

Please understand that we can not give refunds on items simply because you change your mind, so please take time to consider your purchase.
