All orders are made by hand, so please allow 5 - 10 days for manufacture and dispatch.  If you require your order urgently, please let us know. 

All shipments are sent in discreet, secure packaging.  Ostrich fans are shipped in stable boxes and wrapped in bubblewrap.

Returns & Replacements

If you are unhappy with the quality or fit of your order, please email us and we'll arrange an exchange or a refund. Please understand that we can not accept returns on custom-made items simply because you change your mind, so please take time to consider your purchase.
